Approach People to hire 20 new consultants to face recruitment demand in Ireland Approach People Recruitment, the leader in multilingual recruitment in Ireland, is hiring 20 consultants to strengthen and expand their workforce in Dublin. The recruitment campaign is the result of a strong increase in demand for multilingual skilled professionals in Ireland. The need to grow their Dublin head office has become apparent for Approach People Recruitment in the last few months. John Murat, Director of Operations at Approach People Recruitment, is confident that the rise in multilingual vacancies in Ireland will be sustained throughout 2013 and the recruitment agency expects to double its staff by the end of next year. “The development of our operation is due to multinationals and starts-ups based in Ireland needing more employees to support their international growth”, says John Murat. Approach People is currently recruiting for more than 100 multilingual positions in Ireland, most of them based in Dublin and in Cork. “The companies we have been working with lately are mainly in the technology, finance and FMCG sectors” adds John Murat. They all are large corporations with a major presence in Europe that are carrying out quick international expansion strategies. They are in need of qualified professionals with language skills to look after their national markets. Approach People has noticed significant changes in its clients’ needs the last few years. The requirements are much more qualitative nowadays and employers are more demanding. The successful candidates must have a third level education background, a first relevant work experience, be able to speak at least two languages and share the company’s vision and values. “80% of the roles we have at the moment are for French, Italian, German and Nordic languages speakers”, highlights John Murat.
