Summary Unknown suspect(s) stole motorcycle out of bed of pickup truck overnight. Unknown suspect(s) stole tools from unlocked truck toolbox. Unknown suspect(s) cut fuel line and spray painted UHaul truck. Nathan Schooley, 40, of North Highlands was contacted during a traffic stop and arrested for a warrant (possession of methamphetamine and destruction of evidence). Released on citation. Unknown suspect stole UPS package from victim’s front porch. Package contents valued at $500. Danielle Watson, 32, of Lincoln was contacted at the location and was arrested for five misdemeanor warrants. She was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was arrested for that as well. Booked at the South Placer. Adam Blackburn, 34, of Lincoln was contacted at the scene of a vehicle accident and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Booked at the South Placer Jail. Unknown suspect entered open garage and vandalized victim’s vehicle. Unknown suspect broke rear passenger side window and stole backpack. Frederick Wolger, 29, of Penryn was contacted during a traffic stop. He was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and released on citation. Ashley Vecchio, 32, of Penryn, and Daniel Knauff, 26, of North Highlands were contacted during a traffic stop. Vecchio was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and Knauff was arrested for several warrants (carjacking, assault with a deadly weapon, vehicle theft and traffic. Both were booked at the South Placer Jail. Known suspects opened utility accounts in victim’s name. Unknown suspect wrote fraudulent check on victim’s checking account.

Unknown suspect(s) stole items from victim’s truck. Unknown suspect stole credit cards from victim’s vehicle and made credit card purchases. Robert Cole, 41, of Grass Valley was arrested for child molest related charges (288.7(a) and 288.7(b) P.C.). Booked at the Placer County Jail. Hugo Garcia, 38, of Yuba City was contacted during a traffic stop, after a brief failure to yield, and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested for those charges and a warrant (identity theft). Booked at the South Placer Jail Frederick O’Brien, 53, of Lincoln was contacted during a traffic stop and arrested for a warrant (possession of methamphetamine). Released on citation. Dennis Hahn, 41, of Rocklin, was contacted at the location and arrested for public intoxication. Booked at the South Placer Jail. Brenda Parvin, 37, Robert McCullough, 36, of Lincoln, and Tara Munsee, 41, of Rio Linda were contacted during a traffic stop. Parvin was arrested for possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia, McCullough was arrested for possession of burglary tools, and Munsee was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. All three were released on citation. Alexander Sears, 54, of Oroville was contacted at the location and arrested for a warrant (petty theft). Released on citation. Unknown suspect broke vehicle window and stole victim’s purse. James Hinsken, 47, of Lincoln was contacted at the location and arrested for a felony warrant (possession of methamphetamine for sales). Booked at the South Placer Jail. Blair Allendale, 26, of Lincoln was contacted at the location and arrested for a warrant (possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of an illegal weapon). Released on citation.
