In honor of women in history month, Mayor White recognized the women of Saddle Brook whose achievements of leadership and courage, empower our community and strengthen the desire of all women to aspire to greatness. Louise Soni is the founder of the Happy Stitchers . The group meets every Thursday at the Saddle Brook Senior Center. Inspired by her own illness, as a survivor Louise and other Stitchers crochet blankets for patients and hats for babies which are then donated to the Hackensack University Medical Center. THANK YOU , Happy Stitchers! You are truly an inspiration to us all. If you would like to be a part of the Happy Stitchers, for more information, please contact the center director, Joe (201) 8454594.
