We have strengthened our operations and services, we have penetrated our markets, and we have actively participated in digital marketing as well as retail marketing. We, as a team, will keep following our dream to make our products the top bathroom wellness product and educate our customers about the benefits of our products. This year we have gone one step forward to manufacture quality product so that customers can experience the ultimate luxurious bath time. We are also thankful to our channel partners who supported us all the time and increased our brand presence in the market. In this emerging market of bathroom products, Oyster has made its unique identity as a bathroom wellness brand. With the vision of developing Innovative products, we are always trying to provide solutions for an effortless and hassle free bath time. We are sincerely working towards our customers' satisfaction and trying to provide unique solutions to our precious customers. In the near future, we are focusing on market penetration, quality of service, manufacturing and technology. Market Penetration O.L.C. (Oyster Live Center) is a brand initiative and our team is continuously joining hands with our existing or new channel partners to establish Oyster Live Center in most of the states of India. The basic concepts behind opening O.L.C. in different towns is to provide a unique product experience to our customers. We have O.L.C. in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bangalore and now we have opened O.L.C. in Hyderabad, Indore and Chandigarh. Oyster is also increasing its brand presence by appointing new channel partners with a display centre.

Service Initiative Oyster is a customer focused company and a happy customer is an asset to the company. More than 150 service engineers are working with Oyster to provide reliable service at your doorstep. Oyster has expanded the team of service engineers in its existing towns as well as new towns. Oyster service team is working on customer relationship management to provide uninterrupted service to our customers. We are also conducting training programs for our service team to keep them updated with new technology and mechanism.

Marketing Support Oyster is rigorously working on the marketing. We are doing every possible effort to reach out to our customer. To create a trusted brand image, we have initiated some informative videos, PR activities, leaflets and retail branding. We have also launched PPC campaign to increase our presence in the Digital world. We have participated in several exhibitions, organised launch event and also sponsored an Award night. In this coming year, we will be focusing more on enhancing customer value by using informative and interactive mediums. The smart bathtub to give you a hassle free relaxation in water. As you approach the tub, the sensors detect your motion and automatically wakes the tub. The control panel light lightens up and it's ready for your instruction.

The design concept of this bathtub is "MINIMALISTIC". All the features and functions of this tub remain hidden, including the tap and hand shower. Decorated with LED light, it exhibits a sharp and futuristic look to create a unique atmosphere for socialising, romance or relaxation.

The automatic systems help you create the perfect r e t r e a t i n y o u r bathroom.When instructed to the control panel, the hand s h o w e r a n d t a p automatically rise and when not needed, one can simply instruct it to retreat back.

Now adjust the flow of water in the tub to suit your convenience. The waterfall and all the jets are connected with a 1.5HP pump so that one can easily control the flow of the volume of water. When the flow of waterfall is maximum, the flow of jets is reduced and vice versa.
