Arc Centre Open Week Schedule Wednesday 29th June - 1.00pm to 8.00pm Tour, Shop, Café, Information Come and check out Arc’s centre in Reddish! We’ll give you a tour of our space, you can browse our shop and enjoy tea, coffee and cake in our new gallery seating area. You can also find out more about volunteering with us or the Wellbeing Programmes. Our building on Greg Street has free parking to the rear and the centre is fully accessible.

Meet our Potter in Residence 1.00pm-8.00pm Come and meet potter Sylvia Glover, who will be demonstrating her craft. She’ll also be showing how she throws pots on the wheel at 2.30pm, 4.30pm and 6.30pm

Taster: Get Drawing! FREE! Drop in from 1.00pm-8.00pm Start your drawing journey, or explore new materials and techniques. No experience necessary. Arc’s own CEO, artist Michael Anderson will be on hand to help.

Taster Workshop: Fab Fabric Brooches. FREE! 11+ 1.30pm - 2.45pm & 6.30pm - 7.45pm Embellish yourself a beautiful brooch with Yvonne Noworyta, textile artist. No sewing experience necessary. Come and play with textures and colours.

Thursday 30th June - 1.00pm to 8.00pm Tour, Exhibition, Shop, Café You will also have another chance to see Stockport inspired touring creative writing and textiles exhibition ‘Unpicked : Restitched – Where is the Heart of Stockport?’ in the gallery. There will also be chance to win a lovely Arc goodie bag!

Meet our Potter in Residence 1.00pm-8.00pm Wheel Demos 2.30pm, 4.30pm, 6.30pm Sylvia will be available to ask her about her ceramics career and see her at work! She also has items available to buy in the gallery shop.
