Artisans Holiday Show & Shop ART247 is seeking Artists for this year's "Artisans Holiday Show and Shop" to be held on December 10th, 2016. Artist's may submit and show original art work, jewelry, textiles, and hand crafted goods. To enter the show, read and complete this form, and provide 2-3 photo samples of your art or work for the show, with submission fee. Previous exhibition work at the gallery may be included in this show. We will not be accepting vendor items of catalog style products, or mass merchandised goods at this event. We reserve the right to review applicant's art or goods for quality and craftsmanship to ensure art is original work and in line with the Artisans Holiday Show's objectives.

You [ARTIST:]_______________________________are agreeing to present and sell your work [ARTIST/DBA NAME:]_________________________________________________in the "Artisans Holiday Show and Shop," which begins [DATE:] _10 am - December 10, 2016 and goes through [DATE:] 5:00 pm - December 10, 2016. Show Fee: Since this show is both to promote the talent of our Regional Artists and fundraise for ART247, we ask that each Artist donate a gift basket for ART247's fundraising raffle to be held on the day of the event, alongside a 50/50 split that all Artists and Patrons are welcome to participate in. The fee for the "Artisans Holiday Show and Shop," will be:  $40 - If providing your own table & providing a gift basket donation to ART247's fundraising raffle.  $55 - If providing your own table, without providing a basket donation.  $60 - If you require renting a table from ART247 & by providing a gift basket donation to ART247's fundraising raffle. (Table rentals are by first come first serve.) Full payment is required at signing. This amount is non-refundable. Checks should be made out to ART247, LLC. Show Space: You/Artist will be provided with a space for a table to present your work during the "Artisans Holiday Show and Shop." Space is provided on a first come - first serve basis, and layout will be determined by ART247. [ARTIST'S INITIALS]___________

________________________________________________________________________________ Commissions: All work in the "Artisans Holiday Show and Shop" must be for shop. No commission will be taken by ART247 on any purchase made directly between the Artist and the Patron, IF purchase is made AT the Artist's show table. A thirty-five per cent commission however will be taken by ART247 at any purchases made between Patron and Artist placed through the ART247 Gift Shop. If purchased at the Gift Shop, ART247 will receive all cash, checks, and credit card payments and will remit the sales tax to New York State Shops Tax Bureau in a timely manner. The Artist's portion will be mailed to the Artist with our normal commission payment cycle. Presentation: Work is to be professionally finished, matted and/or framed, or gift wrapped, and labeled as to title, medium and price. Set-Up and Take-Down: Set up time is [DATE:]__8:00 am - 9:45 am__ December 10, 2016_____. Take-Down is [DATE:]__5:15 pm - 6:30 pm__ December 10, 2016_____. You agree not to take down your display or table UNTIL 5:15 pm and not prior. Liability: ART247, LLC, nor its employees or volunteers may be held responsible or liable for any damage, theft, or loss of any work or piece in the "Artisans Holiday Show and Shop" nor will they insure against the same. Showcasing your work and signing this agreement denotes acceptance of this fact. You/Artist may provide your own insurance for the exhibition if you so choose, ART247 should be named additionally insured. Promotion: You/Artist should provide a photo/s, an artist biography, and a description of your work to ART247 as soon as possible. This optional material must be digitally submitted to ART247 via email: [email protected] no later than November 18, 2016, to enable promotion of the exhibit through media outlets. Promotion of the show by ART247 will include submitting a press release to local media/news, local calendar submissions, placement on our website, and promotion through Social Media provided by ART247.

________________________________________________________________________________ Publicity: Artist agrees to allow partial or obscured (not full image) reproductions of exhibited artwork by ART247, LLC and rights to use of partial reproductions explicitly restricted to gallery show & exhibit publicity, press releases, and future gallery/exhibit promotions. No other rights to use implied. All submitted work remains copyrighted by the original Artist. Submitting work denotes acceptance of this agreement.
