Purpose of the role: To take responsibility for the management of quality across all provision, including Apprenticeships and subcontractors, to ensure the company meets or exceeds the standards expected from external stakeholders. Key responsibilities: 1. To implement and monitor consistent quality improvement policies, procedures and processes 2. To monitor qualitative performance and implement intervention strategies where standards fall below minimum expectation 3. To produce and manage self-assessment and quality improvement planning processes 4. To undertake planning and preparation for all external quality visits, including Awarding Organisations and Ofsted 5. 6. To act as the nominee for all Ofsted inspections Produce SAR Manage QIP Observation of teaching and learning process - Joint observations and moderation Audits of TLA Ensure that feedback from learners, employers and employees is routinely gathered abnd used to inform quality improvement Share and disseminate best practice in teaching learning and assessment across the company Peer review processes including mock inspections Developing and maintaining partnerships with external stakeholders and peer organistaions Participate in and chair company meetings. Monitor under performance and undertake remedial action where appropriate. To produce periodic performance reports, as directed by your line manager. Investigate and take action on customer complaints. Undertake projects and initiatives as directed by Managing Director.
