CABINET INTERIORS Timber effect cabinets in Group A are finished in a neutral grey colour. Cabinets in Group B are supplied with a co-ordinated interior.

DOORS Lucido doors are finished with a grey reverse to compliment the duo-tone profiled edge of the panels. All other doors in the collection are co-ordinated to the cabinet interior.

INSTALLATION Bathroom furniture is designed for domestic use in well-ventilated areas fitted with an extractor fan. Products should be installed and cared for in accordance with our fitting and care instructions. Wall mounted furniture is supplied with substantial mounting brackets, maximum loading 130kg per pair. The installer must provide suitable wall fixings dependent on the type and condition of the wall. Also it may be necessary to fix the basin to the wall separately. A secondary fix will be required on the unit by the installer. It is important that a waterproof sealant is used on cut or raw edges and particular attention should be given to areas around the basin and bath. Brassware - Basins The use of taps with pop-up waste controls is not recommended with the Zest, Fresh and Pure ceramic basins or the Scope, Form and Breeze cast mineral basins. Electrical Installations Electrical connections should always be carried out by a qualified electrician. Lights and illuminated mirrors are IP rated to ensure they are fitted in the correct zone. Care should be taken to avoid shower spray or splashing. Electrical appliances connected to mirror canopies should not be operated whilst bathing or showering. Mirror Canopies To BS En 60598-2-1:1989 used in conjunction with BS En 605-1:2008 Testing to IP34 with reference to BS En 60529:1992 voltage input 240v 50/60Hz Lamps 2 x 10W 12v G4 Halogen Shaver socket output 240v - 20vA Mirror canopies should be installed at your required height leaving a minimum gap of 50mm above the basin. Illuminated Mirrors To CE En 60598-1-2004 + A1:2006 En 60598-2-1:1989 Rating IP44 Mains 220 – 240v There must be a clearance of at least 150mm to the lower right hand side for the motion sensing on/off switch. Picture Lights Rating IP44 voltage 230v 50/60Hz Lamps 2 x G9 25W max Downlighters LvkC – Rating IP20 Low voltage 2 x 10W GLvS – Rating IP65 Low voltage 2 x 20W not suitable for use in front of wall / mirror cabinets with opening doors. GUIDELINES FOR CARE AND MAINTENANCE Furniture and Mirrors Wipe up spills and condensation immediately with a clean damp cloth. We recommend that furniture be cleaned with a damp cloth and warm soapy water. Avoid using cleaners or polishes that contain abrasives, solvents, acid or ammonia. Ceramic Sanitaryware Clean with a damp cloth and warm soapy water; rinse with clean water and polish with a soft cloth. Avoid using cleaners that contain abrasives, solvents, acid or ammonia. Cast Mineral Basins Clean with a damp cloth, water and soap or very mild detergent, rinse and polish with a soft cloth. Avoid using cleaners that contain abrasives, solvents, acid or ammonia. Do not use caustic soda or bleaches. For a good shine use a fine polish around twice a year and then finish with a wax e.g. car wax. Full care instructions are included with the washbasin. Brassware Clean with a damp cloth and warm soapy water; rinse with clean water and polish with a soft cloth. Avoid using cleaners that contain abrasives, solvents, acid or ammonia. COLOUR REPRODUCTION Colour reproduction is as accurate as possible within the limitations of the printing process. Also note colours will vary under artificial light. GENERAL Please inspect all products carefully before installation. The guarantee does not cover any subsequent installation costs incurred if faults are discovered after installation. GUARANTEES A five-year guarantee against manufacturing defects applies to Atlanta Fitted and Concepts Modular furniture and fittings, ceramic sanitaryware and cast mineral basins. A one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects applies to Aquis vanity furniture and vanity basins. Brassware is covered by a five-year guarantee on mixer and filler bodies and one-year on internal moving parts. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects providing that the product has been installed correctly and the correct plumbing practices have been carried out. Cisterns, sprung pop-up wastes and shower kits including handsets and metal flexible tubes carry a one-year guarantee. Electrical fittings and components together with illuminated mirrors are covered by a one-year guarantee, excluding tubes and bulbs. CONDITIONS All guarantees are limited to domestic use of the products by the consumer in a well-ventilated area fitted with an extractor fan. The guarantee is offered on all products used in the manner for which they were intended and does not apply to products that have been misused or abused in any way. The products must have been installed and cared for in accordance with our fitting and care instructions and the appropriate Byelaws and Regulations. The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear. In the unlikely event that a product fails within the stated guarantee period we will offer a replacement or replacement parts (or nearest equivalent). Liability is limited to individual products and does not cover consequential loss, damages or further installation costs involved. The guarantee, which applies to the Uk only, is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This guarantee does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. NOTES: Furniture All timber finishes are wood effects. Although great care is taken in choosing matching finishes there may be some variation due to the different materials, suppliers, batches and manufacturing processes used. The apparent colour of finishes may also vary under different lighting conditions, especially under artificial light. Ceramic Sanitaryware Due to the nature of materials and production processes the dimensions of ceramic items may vary within a tolerance of ± 5%. The surfaces of ceramic products may contain imperfections. Cast Mineral Basins Cast basins are designed and guaranteed to be used with hot water up to a maximum temperature of 65ºC, this temperature must not be exceeded. Due to the nature of materials and production processes the dimensions of cast mineral basins may vary within a tolerance of ± 2%.
