HYDE PARK NEW CAIRO COMMUNITY UPDATES HYDE PARK WELCOMES MORE NEW HOMEOWNERS With more than 300 homeowners receiving their homes in Clusters 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 and 6, Hyde Park started the handover process in Cluster 4 and is currently finalising the delivery of 500 new units to their homeowners in Clusters 6 and 7 and in Centre Ville. The Hello Neighbour community event was held on site in Cluster 4 in Ramadan to welcome new and prospective homeowners and to shed more light about community living, in addition to the facilities and services offered at Hyde Park. HYDE PARK NEW CAIRO COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT The Community Management office at Hyde Park New Cairo has resumed its work on site from February 2017, aiming to enhance every homeowner’s living experience. Located at Villa 26 - Cluster 07, the office includes a dedicated Community team that ensures the full coordination between the Community Department and homeowners, across all service categories. The management offers a wide selection of General Public Services and Internal On-Demand Services, and is available round the clock to attend to homeowners’ queries and requests. The Community Management will be happy to assist you and is available to receive all requests at [email protected] or through calls on our short number 16696. Resident homeowners are also welcome to drop in the office for additional queries and support.

HYDE PARK NEW CAIRO COMMUNITY UPDATES Reflecting on Hyde Park’s commitment to customer satisfaction and the transparency policy adopted by the administration, we would like to announce that all facilities have been completely set up at Hyde Park, either by their respective authorities or at additional costs incurred solely by the Company. These facilities are now available for the daily use of homeowners and will be extended to all phases of the project on a sequential basis. Water Network The New Cairo District Authority has succesfully installed the main water lines in addition to the external and internal water network at hyde park new cairo. Hyde Park’s water network has been successfully tested and put into full service at the site. Subsidiary water tanks have been put to use across the development to counteract area’s weak water stream and to provide Hyde Park’s homeowners with stable water supply. Water supply is now permanently available and fully operational in Clusters 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 ,6 and 7. For those wishing to proceed with finishing works for their units in other clusters, water supply is available upon request. Homeowners who are due to move in their new homes can visit the Community Management office within fifteen days to request their letters for the water company and pay the requested fees in order to proceed with the installation process of their water metre. The Community Management will be happy to assist you and is available to receive all requests at [email protected] Gas Network We’re more than happy to announce that Hyde Park New Cairo’s internal gas network is successfully installed and put into full service at the site. Homeowners in Clusters 1 ,2 ,3 and 4 are kindly requested to visit the Community Management office to pay the due and receive their respective gas letters. Once you receive the gas letter you shall be able to present it to Town Gas company for an inspection and installation visit. Electricity Network Electricity is now permanently available and fully operational in Clusters 1 ,2 ,3 and 4, and will be connected to Clusters 6 and 7 within the coming months. We’re glad to announce that more than 130 electricity metres have been installed and are ready for activation by next month. Homeowners were notified about this installation via SMS and phone calls, and are welcome to visit the Community Management office to pay fees of 9,100 EGP and receive their electricity cards to activate their respective metres. We’re currently working with the district authorities and Electricity Company to resume installing electricity metres and metres to the rest of the clusters. Homeowners who are due to move in to their new homes can request the installation of their electricity metre one month in advance. The Community Management will be happy to assist you and is available to receive all facility requests at [email protected]

Hyde Park has signed a contract with Forces Security, a leading company that provides comprehensive security solutions and services. The new company is expected to begin its work on site by September 2017. Security, Main Gate & Internal Streets Hyde Park’s main gate is now electronically operated, and electronic gates are being installed in living zones. Access to the main gate is restricted to homeowners and their respective guests, while a new entrance has been set up for contractors and finishing works labour. Homeowners can communicate with the gates directly via this number 01275295088. To facilitate homeowners’ movement within the development, Hyde Park’s main collector road and the internal streets and sidewalks in Clusters 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 and 7 are now paved. Wayfinding and directional signs have been installed for guidance, and the streets are well-lit using the latest, high-performance CiviTEQ Thorn street LED lighting features. Security Rules and Regulations: • Only homeowners are permitted to enter the Hyde Park New Cairo site • In case of contractor or delegator entry, client shall visit Community Management office to fill and sign a delegation form • In case of internal finishing work, client shall visit Community Management office to fill and sign a work permit request, to be approved and sent to gates to allow workers entry (work permit is valid for 1 month and can be renewed) • For visitors, homeowners must call the Hyde Park Call Centre to notify Community Management and allow the visitors’ entry • Labors working hours are from 08:00 am till 05:00 pm, Saturday to Thursday

HANDOVER GUIDE: ARE YOU READY TO MOVE IN? Excited to move into your new home that is a reflection of you? Our handover management team will accompany you along the entire process to facilitate your move into your new home, guarantee a final quality check and ensure your complete satisfaction. Here’s how the process works, from pre-handover to finishing works, handover and post-handover: HANDOVER PROCESS 1) We’ll notify you once your unit is ready for delivery, and invite you for a handover meeting 2) If you have any observations or comments, we’ll proceed with and follow-up on implantation, making sure there are no further impediments to delivery 3) We’ll issue the unit delivery certificate 4) We’ll provide you with the unit’s keys 5) We’ll provide you with an AutoCAD design for your unit 6) Congratulations! You are ready to move in POST-HANDOVER PROCESS 1) You’re kindly requested to deposit an Insurance Cheque (EGP 100,000) 2) We’ll issue a permit letter to allow the transfer of ownership of your unit’s electric metre from the Company’s name to your name (in case the unit is fully paid for) 3) Now that you’ve moved into your new home, the Community Management team will be at your service COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT The Community Management team is the homeowners’ representative and liaison between Hyde Park and its homeowners, and is responsible for all communal and public assets/facilities within the development. This management works in full coordination with many managements and offices, including Finishing, Modifications, Facility Management, and Security teams to provide and implement any internal requests related to your unit.

FINISHING WORKS AND MODIFICATIONS Finishing Section: We are glad to announce the launch of a new department to carry out the finishing works of all units upon request. Hyde Park has partnered with a number of renowned interior designers to offer finishing packages that are tailored to ensure your highest level of satisfaction and pride in your new residence. Different finishing design packages will be provided to accommodate all tastes and budgets. Landscaping and swimming pool installations are also offered as a separate package. Modification Section: A new department has been established to serve your modification needs and requests. Homeowners who request interior architectural or structural amendments and/ or finishing, are kindly requested to refer to the Modification department. All requests must be reviewed by Hyde Park’s Technical Committee for approval. Finishing Works and Modifications and Process: 1) We’ll clarify the finishing work and modifications’ procedures, in coordination with construction division 2) We’ll also review your construction and modification requests, and communicate the required documentations and steps 3) We’ll issue permits from respective governmental entities on your behalf (upon your request), which is subject to an additional administrative fee 4) We’ll follow-up on all finishing works and certify that they confirm to regulations issued in this regard, and also ensure that outside contractors commit to the approved work as per their granted permit 5) Most Exterior alterations and changes are strictly prohibited, as the unit is a part of a master plan community, unless specifically mentioned otherwise with notes as they must be proposed in full details for study by modifications department. 6) Once you finalize the internal finishing and or modifications’ process, an inspection visit will be done through Finishing and modification section to make sure that no violation was held then you can receive your Insurance Cheque back

HYDE PARK NEW CAIRO FACILITY MANAGEMENT Hyde Park offers a variety of premium services for its esteemed clients. Each of these services aims to maintain Hyde Park’s upscale community and its distinctive character through the operation and maintenance of all units & facilities in accordance with the highest industry standards. These services ensure the availability of safety and security round the clock, and the provision of comfort and public health. Once the project becomes considerably occupied, the Facility Management Department shall provide additional services that include an ambulance and fire aid. All services provided within the project are in accordance with international standards of occupational and environmental safety. HYDE PARK UNVEILS ITS NEW EXPANSION PLANS AND PROJECTS AT CITYSCAPE EGYPT

Hyde Park Developments has officially announced its expansion in the real estate market during Cityscape Egypt. With a number of new projects planned across the country, Hyde Park announced its North Coast project first. The new development is located along the most pristine shoreline of the Mediterranean, with 1,200 villas and 650 chalets overlooking 550 metres of the development’s private beach. HYDE PARK DEVELOPMENTS SHOWCASES ITS LATEST PROJECTS AT EGYPT PROPERTY SHOW (EPS) IN THE UAE Targeting expats in the UAE, the company also announced special prices and offers for Egyptians abroad. Marking its strong presence in the sector, leading Egyptian real estate developer, Hyde Park Developments (HPD), showcased its latest real estate projects during the "Egypt Property Show" (EPS) at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
