The Company provides hair salon business education classes, hair care coloring and training classes, and sells over ten lines of the highestquality hair care and coloring products in the industry. It also manages a separate entity, which is the exclusive distributor of a key line of European hair care and coloring products in the US. The Company markets primarily to hair salon operators, which represented approximately 95% of 2013 sales. Its geographic market focuses on the New England region, which collectively represented approximately 98% of 2013 sales. It is headquartered in a New England-based, 14,500-square foot office/warehouse facility, which is leased from a third party and is staffed by five full-time and two parttime employees. The Company competes against other hair color product distributors, but no competitors also offer hair color and hair salon management education programs, which sets it apart.
