Avaya Learning adds to the Avaya Unified Communications curriculum ACSS Avaya one-X® UC Soft Clients This new curriculum supports Avaya one-X® Client Enablement Services (CES) which brings Unified Communications to desktop and mobile devices. Avaya one-X® Client Enablement Services integrates Telephony, Messaging, Mobility, Conferencing and Presence functionality. With this new curriculum, you will learn: • •

Installation of the Avaya one-X® CES server; how to implement the Avaya one-X® Communicator application and the Avaya one-X® Mobile application and client. Management and administration skills necessary to support Avaya one-X CES and Avaya one-X Mobile.
