Extreme offers regional standard service discounts that align to ExtremeWorks (Direct Delivery) and PartnerWorks/ PartnerWorks PLUS (Co-delivery). Additionally, all discounts vary by type of product (Hardware, Software or Appliance)

Partner Assurance Support Services (PASS) and Support Advantage for Fabric Co-Delivery

The Extreme PartnerWorks co-delivery service program and offerings are available for Avaya products to Partners who meet program requirements. Existing PASS or SA Co-delivery partners will be automatically enrolled into PartnerWorks program for Avaya products.

Premier Support is a high touch, proactive, network level support engagement that supports all Extreme products in a customer’s network. Premier Support is a separate add-on to an ExtremeWorks maintenance agreement.
