James Moffatt was fined £290 for failing to notify the Racing Calendar Office until after declarations that DODGYBINGO (IRE) had undergone Wind Surgery. Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that LOUGH KENT, unplaced, had bled from the nose. The Veterinary Officer further reported that OUR LUCAS (IRE), placed second, had lost its left hind shoe. The performance of DEMON D’AUNOU (FR), which started favourite but finished unplaced, was considered. It was noted that the representative of Jonjo O’Neill could offer no explanation for the gelding’s performance. The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding during routine testing failed to reveal any abnormalities. Race 3 - 3:15pm. THE TRUMP TURNBERRY NOVICES' HANDICAP HURDLE RACE (CLASS 3)

The performance of SPIDER’S BITE (IRE) which was pulled up, was considered. The representative of Trainer Henry Daly could offer no explanation for the gelding’s performance. The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding during routine testing failed to reveal any abnormalities. Race 4 - 3:45pm. THE HILLHOUSE QUARRY HANDICAP STEEPLE CHASE (CLASS 1) (Listed Race)

Permission was given for JUST CAMERON do to one circuit of the Parade Ring and go to post early. BALLYHILL (FR) wore earplugs. The performance of GUITAR PETE (IRE) which finished unplaced, was considered. Nicky Richards could offer no explanation for the gelding’s performance. The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding during routine testing failed to reveal any abnormalities. Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that BALLYHILL (FR), which was pulled up, had lost its left front shoe. Race 5 - 4:15pm. THE BARR ENVIRONMENTAL STEEPLE CHASE (A NOVICES' LIMITED HANDICAP) (CLASS 3)

Following the race, Sam Twiston-Davies reported that COPAIN DE CLASSE (FR), placed fourth, hung right throughout. Race 6 - 4:45pm. THE coral.co.uk SEAFIELD TROPHY MARES' HANDICAP HURDLE RACE (CLASS 2) (NHMOPS Bonus Race)

Following the race, Barry Geraghty reported that ELUSIVE THEATRE (IRE), which was pulled up, lost its action. Wayne Hutchinson reported that TARA VIEW, unplaced, made a mistake in the back straight and was never travelling thereafter.

The performance of LAMANVER ODYSSEY, which was pulled up, was considered. The representative of Harry Fry explained that the mare may have been unsuited by the Good, Good to Soft in places going on this occasion and that the race may have come too soon having run only 20 days previously. The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the mare during routine testing failed to reveal any abnormalities. Race 7 - 5:15pm. THE SEKO LOGISTICS SCOTLAND HANDICAP HURDLE RACE (CLASS 3)

Following the race, Henry Brooke reported that GENERAL MAHLER (IRE), placed eighth, reported that his saddle slipped on the final circuit.
