TERMS AND CONDITIONS The company DORNA SPORTS, S.L. (DORNA) a company incorporated under the Laws of Spain with its registered office at Madrid – 28002, c/ Príncipe de Vergara, 183, will develop a worldwide Promotion in accordance with the Terms and Conditions listed below. 1.
When you enter and participate in the Promotion, you are bound to accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), and any other conditions relating to the Promotion published on the Official MotoGP™ page (www.motogp.com).

The term of the Promotion shall be from the 00:01 am CET (Central European Time) 11TH September, until the 24:00 CET 19th September.
3.
Via the Promotion, DORNA wishes to promote the participation in a survey which objective is to value the level of satisfaction and economic impact of the MotoGP™.
4.
Participation in the Promotion shall be automatic when, within the term established in these Terms and Conditions, the user complete the survey, mentioned in point 3 accessing through the Official MotoGP™ page on Facebook (www.facebook.com/MotoGP). FULL SURVEY MAY BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO ENTER INTO THE PROMOTION.

The Participants must be over 18 years of age.

The e-mail provided by the Participant when complete the survey, will become part of a data file, which DORNA will use to draw the winners and to contact the winners, and will be deleted once the prize has been awarded.

The prizes that will be given are the following: • 1 prize consisting of the participation in a draw in order to win 2 race ticket for Saturday and Sunday (11th and 12th November) for the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana that will take place in Circuit Comunitat Valenciana – Ricardo Tormo. (Each ticket includes a seat in the Grandstand “blanca”). The conditions of such draw are established in clause 12 of the present Terms and Conditions. • 4 prizes consisting in the 2017 MotoGP Fullseason VideoPass. VideoPass is the official video platform of the MotoGP World Championship for web, mobile and tablet. It features thousands of exclusive, Premium videos and provides Live and OnDemand access to all of MotoGP sessions, including live races.

DORNA, at its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value in particular if any prize cannot be awarded as described due to Force Majeure. Tax regulation of the prizes will be according with the applicable law 8.
The selection of the winners will be determined by the order in which the details of the participation are received. The data received will be included in a list of chronological order of entry (participation), and the winner or winners, will be chosen from the entries on that list, using the formulas set forth below. DORNA will choose five (5) winners. In order to find each entry´s number that correspond to the winners, percentage of the total entries will be calculated and, once established through, round down (without decimals) the natural number corresponding to the percentage, shall be increased by five units to find each winning number. The winner number 3 (MotoGP Fullseas on VideoPass) will be the number of the list that results from calculating the 10% of the full list without decimals and adding five units. The winner number 2 (MotoGP Fullseas on VideoPass) will be the number of the list that results from calculating the 20% of the full list without decimals and adding five units. The winner number 1 (participation in the final draw) will be the number of the list that results from calculating the 50% of the full list without decimals and adding five units. The winner number 4 (MotoGP Fullseas on VideoPass) will be the number of the list that results from calculating the 70% of the full list without decimals and adding five units. The winner number 5 (MotoGP Fullseas on VideoPass) will be the number of the list that results from calculating the 90% of the full list without decimals and adding five units (Example: If there are 3.523 entries, 50% is the number 1.761,5, without decimals 1.761, that after adding 5 results the winner number 1, the entry 1.766, the winner number 2 will be the 20%, 704’6, without decimals 704, adding 5, results the winner number 2, the entry 709) The draw will take place during the next business day after the last day of the Promotion.

DORNA shall send an e-mail to the winners the day after the draw, according to the e-mail provided by the participant Each winner shall have 72 hours, since the e-mail was sent by DORNA, to contact by DORNA by replying to the e-mail. If the winner does not reply within the requested time, it waives the prize. Prizes may not be sold/transferred. Participants may waive the prize but cannot request a cash alternative or substitution of the prize.

The winners must provide DORNA with its name, tax identification number, address, and copy of the I.D or passport, and DORNA will communicate directly to the winner regarding the delivery of the prize. The acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes permission for DORNA to use the names and town address of Participants at its sole discretion for publicity purposes. In particular, DORNA may publish the winner’s name by participating in the Promotion, each Participant explicitly agrees to the use and publication of his/her name and picture, if this is required by DORNA. DORNA shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses, such as delivery of the prize, such delivery shall be at winner’s cost. The tickets shall be delivered at the Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana – Ricardo Tormo. 10.
Any misinformation provided by the Participants according to these Terms and Conditions such as due to technical or human mistake, which may occur, will not enter in the draw. DORNA shall not be responsible for any mistaken delivery or transport of the prize.
11.
Any Participant who abuses the procedures of the Promotion and/or violates the Terms and Conditions established herein shall be disqualified. DORNA reserves the right to verify if the winners comply with the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions.

The winner number 1 (2 race ticket) will be the number of the list that results from calculating the 90% of the full list without decimals and adding five units. The draw will take place the 5th of October 2017. DORNA shall send an e-mail to the winners the day after the draw, according to the e-mail provided by the participant . Each winner shall have 72 hours, since the e-mail was sent by DORNA, to contact by DORNA by replying to the

e-mail. If the winner does not reply within the requested time, it waives the prize. 13.
By participating and accepting these conditions the Participant expressly grants exclusively to DORNA and/or any of its affiliated companies, as organizer of the MotoGP™, its image and voice rights arising out from his/her presence in the MotoGP™ (in perpetuity and worldwide) of whatever video, audio and/or audiovisual recording (whatever it may be its support), for any and all uses, including but not limited to commercial and publicity uses, in any now known or in the future developed support or media. The Participant expressly acknowledges that DORNA has the right use the Participant’s name, image, voice and biographic data derived from his/her presence into the MotoGP™; as well as its use in all advertising and promotion of DORNA and/or any motor sports event or exhibition produced, presented or promoted by DORNA and/or any of its affiliated companies.
14.
The Participant is aware of, accepts and recognises that any information of a personal nature provided remains in compliance with the Directive 95/46/EC, of the European Parliament and Council, dated as of October 24th 1995. The Participant hereby acknowledges and accepts full DORNA’s Data Protection Policy. The Participant holds the right to access its information, to correct it and/or to request the cancellation of the aforementioned file, which may be exercised by contacting DORNA through the email feature “Contact Us” on www.motogp.com, or through letter addressed to: Narcis Monturiol 2, 08960 Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona) SPAIN.. 15.
Any legal dispute between the participant and DORNA in relation to the Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Place of jurisdiction shall be Madrid, Spain.
16.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that he/she is fully aware of the rights and obligations arising there from.
DORNA may, at its sole discretion, suspend an abusing Participant, amend or waive the Terms and Conditions at any time or cancel the Promotion at any time in the event of circumstances arising beyond DORNA’s control or which make it advisable to do so. The Participants agree that no liability shall attach to DORNA as a result thereof and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any.
