Work one-on-one with a personal trainer and in a small group fitness group to learn about three key components to living a healthy life: 1. Quality food - small changes that yield BIG results 2. Quality movement 3. Quality of life - sleep more, stress less and enjoy time in the sun Prior to the first group session, work individually with a personal trainer to identify your goals and get started on your road to being well. Throughout the program, you will have regular communication with your personal trainer to help stay on track and motivated. Weeks of September 18 to October 16 One-on-one sessions will be scheduled during the week of September 18, with small-group sessions starting the week of September 24. • Mondays/Wednesday mornings: 9 to 10 a.m. • Mondays/Wednesday evenings: 6 to 7 p.m. • Tuesday/Thursday mornings: 6 to 7 a.m. • Tuesday/Thursday evenings: 7 to 8 p.m.

*Class participants who are not current members of Bronson Athletic Club are subject to pay an annual non-member usage fee in addition to the program fee listed above. Usage fees are charged one time each year per non-member using the club for feebased programming. This annual charge of $100 must be paid before registration can be complete.
