Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about January 8, 2018. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer. CLAIMING PRIZE: Winners will be notified by email, phone, or text, and must respond to Sponsor within 3 days of the first notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will require winner to present a valid U.S. government issued photo ID and Image Release which must be received by the Sponsor within 7 days of the first win notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If a winner is age 17 or younger their parent or legal guardian will be required to provide the required documentation within the required timeframe. A winner is required to pick up their prize in person in the Mall management office during business hours, Monday-Friday, and prior to the date communicated by Sponsor. TERMS: Winner agrees that: (1) by accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, hometown, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law); (2) winner is responsible to comply with all laws and for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of the prize.
