PROBLEM • Limited interdisciplinary collaboration among healthcare professions students at the University of Oklahoma and a commitment to improving healthcare quality. • Lack of understanding of what other healthcare professions do and the training they obtain.

United by a common challenge and purpose: become an inter-professional educational community that gives OUHSC students exposure to the skills needed to become change agents in health care improvement.
