• F orm the burger meat into 150g logs. • P lace a 50g piece of sliceable sauce into the centre and seal well. • S lightly flatten the log and place onto one slice of bacon length ways. Fold over the ends and roll on another slice of bacon width ways to encase the log. • B rush lightly with world grill and garnish with decoration mix.
