Changes for 2016-17
All new Moda Health medical plans: New names, new deductibles and maximum out-ofpocket amounts. Employees can select from three different health coverage plans and two different provider networks. Staff members are encouraged to search the CCM and PPO networks for their providers to learn which network fits their needs using the OEBB lookup tool. All new Modal Health vision plans. All dental plans will cover night guards
Drop-in Sessions Employees who want to learn more about the health/vision/dental plans and enrolling or opting out of benefits can attend one of these drop-in sessions (all take place in the Wall Street Lab at the Education Center unless otherwise noted):
Sept. 1 — 5 to 6 p.m. Sept. 6 — 1 to 3 p.m. at La Pine High School library Sept. 8 — 4 to 6 p.m. Sept. 14 — 3 to 5 p.m. Sept. 15 — noon to 5 p.m.
New Employee Benefit Orientation: Sept. 1 at 4:15 p.m. in the Board Room at the Education Center.
