Lola Jean’s was born in Tynemouth, a small village just a few miles away from Newcastle city centre and a stone’s throw from the seafront. With award winning food, inspiring aesthetics and a passion for cocktails this seaside spot captured the imagination of the locals and beyond. It was only a matter of time before word began to spread and the Lola Jean’s family took a second space, this time in the heart of Newcastle. With the same signature hand painted interiors, welcoming environment and an even stronger late night ethos, the second site only cemented the legend. However, people wanted more. People wanted that level of care and attention for their own celebrations and events. So we went to work on taking Lola Jean’s to the people.

We moved beyond limitations and convention, to create something that truly represented us as people. Now we channel this freedom of thinking and energy into bespoke weddings, celebrations, and events. We’re taking things out of the kitchen and heading to bespoke locations. 2017 witnessed the design and development of the Lola Jean’s travelling container, installed with all the essential bar and kitchen components to activate food and drink anywhere.
