Tim Bratten has scar tissue in his stomach that is causing him pain. JoAnn Derringer was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and two leaking heart valves. David Richards' father James had a scan revealing abnormal basal cells. Steve Ross was released from the hospital but is still running a fever, and the cause is unknown.

- MINISTRIES -

Pick up a Ministries brochure from the information racks to learn more about each of the following ministries: Kids | Parents, check in your Pre-K–6th grade children outside of Room 201 at 9:00am on Sundays for Excursion Hour followed by King’s Island Kids’ Church for Pre-K–5th grade at 10:00am. (Sixth graders attend main service.) On Wednesdays at 7:00pm, check in PreK–5th grade kids outside of Room 213. Wednesdays nights include rehearsal for this year’s K-6 spring concert, Happily Forever After, featured in service on Sunday, May 21! (Pre-K will participate in one special song!) Nurseries are available each Sunday and Wednesday for kids ages birth-4 during classes/services. Parents and grandparents of kids ages 1-4, Storytime at Bethesda will not meet until further notice. Students | TheWay meets on Sunday mornings at 9:00am (grades 7 & 8 in Room 215 and high school on the Mezzanine) and Wednesday nights at 7:00pm (grades 7-12) in Room 230, with TheWay Café open at 6:30! This month’s “Family Dinner” night is Wednesday, March 15. Save the date for camp: July 31-August 4! Young Adults | Route33 young adults ages 18-30 gather together each Wednesday at 7:00pm for worship in the Dining Room and then move to the Welcome Center for a message and small group discussion.

Singles | Singles ages 30 and up, join our OneWay Connection Class at 9:00am on Sunday mornings in Room 111 for provoking biblical discussion on how to live as a Christian single in the world today. Men | "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another" (Prov. 27:17 ESV). Iron Sharpens Iron men’s group meets the third Thursday of each month. Men, we are looking forward to seeing you on April 20 at 7:00pm on the Family Center Mezzanine as we sharpen one another by the standard of God's Word. Women | Women of all ages, join us at Women at the Well on Thursday, March 23 at 7:00pm in the Dining Room for worship, a testimony from Rebecca Malkin, a message from Pastor Julie on “The Shaping Hand of God,” and group discussion.

- CARE -

If you are facing the grief that follows the loss of a loved one, you do not have to face this season alone. GriefShare is a 15-week class where you will find support and encouragement with others who understand your pain. A new session is coming up April 19-July 26 on Wednesdays at 7:00pm in Room 106, and you are welcome to join at any time. - POPS -

The security team is seeking 12 new volunteers to join POPS, our Parking Oversight Patrol Staff. By reporting any suspicious activity, POPS aims to provide a safe parking environment while aiding our church family with transportation issues. Parents of Young Adults Prayer Sunday, March 19 at 6:30pm in the Welcome Center. Use Chapel entrance.

Tuesday Morning Prayer Meets Tuesdays at 10:30am in the Chapel to pray for our congregation’s needs and for our leaders. Pre-Service Prayer Meets Sundays at 9:00am in the Chapel to pray for all aspects of the Sunday morning service.

Church-Wide Prayer Meets the last Saturday of each month in the Chapel: March 25, 9:00-10:00am

- TUESDAY BIBLE STUDY -

Bible study will not meet this week. Join us on Tuesday, March 28 at 9:30am as we resume in Dining Room B and study the lives of Isaac and Jacob with Pastor Emeritus Analee Dunn.

- WEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS -

Join us on Wednesdays at 7:00pm in the Dining Room for Wednesdays in the Word, featuring worship followed by a variety of great Bible studies to choose from. Join us on Thursdays at 10:00am in the Chapel for Worship & Communion.

BOOK CLUB -

Book Club will meet in the Ministers' Lounge at Noon on Sunday, April 9 to discuss Twelve Years a Slave by Solomon Northup.

- SHARES OF HOPE -

From now through May, help TheWay students raise funds for camp and other events through Shares of Hope. Students earn your donations by doing service projects around the community. Pick up a Shares of Hope envelope in the racks and turn in your donation at the Church Office or in an offering plate, or visit our Give page at yourbcc.org and choose “Shares of Hope” as your Giving Type.

- GOOD FRIDAY FOR KIDS -

On Friday, April 14, 1:00-3:00pm, PreK–6th graders will meet for this year’s Good Friday for Kids: The Great Crate Escape. This special service is filled with fun while focusing on bringing our kids to an understanding of Christ’s sacrifice, power, and love. We need a large amount of volunteers and candy donations for this exciting event. To learn more, register your child, volunteer, or donate candy, visit the Kids’ Ministry table in the lobby.

- EASTER CHOIR -

This year’s Easter Choir will rehearse on Sundays April 2 and April 9, Noon1:00pm in the Choir Room and Tuesday, April 11 at 7:00pm in the Sanctuary. All are welcome! For more information and to pick up a CD for rehearsing, visit Rev. Terry Allen in the lobby today.

- CONNECTION CLASSES -

Bethesda is a Bible-believing, Bibleteaching church. We strive to provide a wide range of relevant instruction through our Connection Classes on Sunday mornings at 9:00am. The lessons of our Life Together Connection Class for married couples are coordinated with Kids’, Student, and Young Adult Ministries to inspire at-home discussions for those who have children. Pick up a Connection Classes brochure from the information racks for class descriptions.
