Purchase Order Information: Orders are accepted from qualified promotional products distributors. Please provide a written purchase order with detailed information to ensure accurate production and shipment. You will receive an Order Receipt within 24 business hours of sending your purchase order. An Order Acknowledgement will be emailed to the name on the purchase order. Artwork: When placing an order, please submit your art to specialmarkets@ harryanddavid.com with the purchase order number in the subject line. Screen printed products require Adobe Illustrator vector artwork. Please save as an .eps or .ai file. Be sure to convert all text to outlines. Digital printing utilized to produce our corner sleeve and hang tag require a 4-color pdf file. Ribbon imprinting requires either a pdf, .ai or .eps file. Harry & David will match ribbon imprint, hang tag and corner sleeve colors as closely as possible. Unless a specific size is indicated on the purchase order, best size and placement will be determined by the Harry & David creative team and noted on the proof. Proofs: A proof will be generated for all orders requesting decoration. The proof will be sent to the email address associated with the purchase order. Orders will not go into production until written approval is obtained via email or fax. Order Production: Production will begin within 24 hours of order acknowledgement unless we receive written instructions otherwise. Standard production time is 5-15 days. Production time for custom orders is noted in the written quote.

Multiple Ship-to Addresses: For your convenience, orders can be drop-shipped to individual recipients. To accommodate multiple ship-to addresses, use the template found under Forms at www.harryanddavid. com/promo. International: To learn about our international shipping capabilities, visit our website or contact your Account Executive. Invoicing: Invoices are sent via email or regular mail, depending on account status. Please forward applicable tax exempt forms to [email protected] to ensure accurate billing and on-time shipments. Samples: Spec sample requests should be emailed to specialmarkets@harryanddavid. com. Spec samples are billed at 10% off EQP, plus applicable set up charges. If preferred, provide a shipper number for freight billing; otherwise, freight will be invoiced as part of the spec order. Self-Promotions: We promote selfpromotions! Catalog Programs: Gifts associated with online stores or catalog programs can be drop-shipped on demand, based on previously agreed-upon quantity releases. Please ask your Account Executive for program specifics and pricing.

Shipments: Harry & David’s primary carrier is FedEx and will be used as the preferred carrier for shipments. Specific in-hands date can only be guaranteed by shipping via next-day air. Third-party shipping is available with a $5.00 (Z) handling charge per order. Freight Terms: FOB Medford, Oregon. C.O.D. shipments are not available.
