Bing Messy Cake book competition - Terms and Conditions 1. The Competition submission must be made by a grown-up who is 18 years or older before midnight on Tuesday 31st October 2017. Acamar reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant is not eligible or has otherwise breached any of the entry terms. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these entry terms. 2. Only entries submitted before the competition closing date of 12:00pm on Thursday 2nd November 2017 will be counted. To enter the competition you must follow the instructions given on the official Bing Bunny Facebook page, sharing your answer as a comment on the question post. 3. Five winners will be selected at random - they will be selected either by a computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person. 4. The decision of the Acamar representative is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 5. The winners will be announced on the Bing Bunny Facebook page publicly. They will then be messaged privately to confirm their addresses to be sent their prize. 6. If a winner does not respond to contact from Acamar by midday on Wednesday 8th November 2017, their winning position is no longer valid and a new winner will be chosen in accordance with paragraph 3 above. 7. The competition is not open to anyone associated with the promotion or employees of Acamar or Harper Collins. 8. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. 9. Acamar does not guarantee to use any entry. Acamar may also, in appropriate circumstances, and at its sole discretion, reject, edit, remove or disable access to entries that it considers may be legally or otherwise problematic. 10. Acamar cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering a Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Acamar is not responsible for any technical issues in relation to any telecommunications or internet network (including in relation to speed or bandwidth), including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in a Competition. Nothing shall exclude Acamar’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

11. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and best practice. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Acamar for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist Acamar to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries.
