Birthday Party Information Booking your party Due to the large number of party enquiries we receive, it is essential that you make a booking in advance. A party enquiry can be made by clicking here or by speaking to any member of staff, who will take your contact details. You will be emailed or called once a party planner is available regarding whether we have availability on the selected date. Your enquiry will only be considered as a booking once we receive a deposit. A non-refundable deposit of 15% is essential to secure the booking – this can be made by telephone or by dropping into us. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
What is involved in a party at Rainforest? We have two 18-hole golf courses. You have the option to play either one or two courses depending on how long you want the party to go on for. To play one course only, the duration of play is approximately 45 minutes long, and we allow a 90-minute slot for your party to accommodate food. To play both courses (recommended option), each course lasts approximately 45 minutes and a two hour slot is allowed for your party. Food is generally served after the first round, 50 minutes after the scheduled start time of your party.

Preparation, Requirements and Supervision We are happy to accommodate all age groups here at Rainforest Adventure Golf. However, children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult – with at least one adult per 8 children. One adult per 8 children plays free. Supervision is necessary on the course itself and for groups of age 5 and under, we require 1 adult for each group of 4 children. If you require a member of staff to assist you in accompanying a group around the course, you must pre-arrange this with our party manager at the time of booking, and a €10 charge will be applied per round. Members of the party will need to be split into groups of 4 people to play. We advise party organisers to have pre-arranged teams in order to start at scheduled time. We also can provide party bags at a price of €5 each. Third-party entertainers are not allowed in the venue. While we fully understand the excitement of children coming to a Party at Rainforest Adventure Golf it is the responsibility of the hosting parents to ensure appropriate behaviour of children attending the party. For the comfort and safety of all patrons unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and management reserve the right to require patrons to leave the course for unruly behaviour.
