Student Leadership Team take to the airwaves
Last week the Student Leadership Team spent the afternoon out of the : classroom when they visited a local radio station. Eli, Aaminah, Callum and Aliza along with Mr Mellen put together a script and recorded an advert at All FM’s studios on Albert Road in Levenshulme for the upcoming Open Evening. The brief was for a 30 second script written and voiced by pupils and inviting parents to the Open Evening on Thursday 28th September. Everyone rose to the challenge like seasoned professional and completed the recording in an afternoon. The producer Jason at All FM said ‘It was a pleasure working with Mr Mellen and the students, Callum was definitely the star of the show. Everyone was really enthusiastic.” Tune in and listen out for the broadcast on All FM 96.9 for the next 2 weeks during the afternoon and evening drive time shows.
