By signing this form you authorise 24publishing to proceed with your booking, and you acknowledge and understand the cancellation policy as follows: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to: 24publishing, Unit 12, Whitestone Business Park, Whitestone, Hereford, HR1 3SE Cancellations received after April 1 2018 will be charged in full.
