Booth application form 3 Zero/SDG Village 10th Convergences World Forum Palais Brongniart, Paris – September 4th and 5th 2017 I.

General Information

This application form is meant for organizations willing to hold a booth during the Convergences World Forum. Location: Nave of the Palais Brongniart, Place de la Bourse in Paris Date: September 4th and 5th 2017 Forum theme: “Together, let’s innovate for a Zero exclusion, Zero carbon & Zero poverty world!” Application deadline: June, 05th 2017*  As booth locations are limited, we advise you to get back to us as soon as possible. We will review the applications as they are submitted and allocate a booth in their reception order.

This year, the Nave of the Palais Brongniart is turning into a Village with 4 spaces, each one representing a pair of selected Sustainable Development Goals (SDG):

Participation terms

The following criteria will be taken into account during the applicants’ selection for the 3Zero/SDG Village:  Consistency : content adapted to Forum themes  Interactivity : creative, immersive and out of the box activities, in order to offer a high quality experience to the attendees  Dynamism : innovative and evolving approach throughout the 2 days

Commitments

By filling this form, you agree to the following terms:

    



Cooperation: exhibitors will share with the Convergences team a description of their booth and activities project, along with the associated needs required for its implementation Exchange: they commit to take into account the potential recommendations and deadlines set by Convergences Installation: the booths standard set-up (carpet floor, furniture package, partition walls, electricity) will be operated by the Palais Brongniart team on Sunday, 3rd of September in the morning. The exhibitors will be able to finalize their set up on the same day from 2pm until 8pm Dismantling: all the equipment brought by the exhibitors must be removed at the Forum closing time on Tuesday, September 5th. The booths will be dismantled in the evening by the Palais Brongniart team. Team: at least two people from the exhibitor organization must be present at the booth throughout the 2 days in order to implement the activities and interact with the attendees. The booth must remain open and active during the whole 2 days (Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 7pm) Rental payment: exhibitors commit to pay the entire amount of the booth rent within the following 30 days after the booth booking. Either way, the payment must be effective before the Forum set up that is to say before Sunday, 3rd of September 2017. NB: in order to share costs, you can partner up with another organization of your choice to hold a booth. At Convergences, our DNA is to create synergies! Cancellation policy: once the booking quotation is signed by the exhibitor, there is a 7 business day withdrawal period during which booking can be cancelled. After that time, the booth total amount will be regarded as owed to Convergences. In any case, should any cancellation request occur after August, 01 st 2017, the booth total amount would remain owed, except in force majeure circumstances.



Communication: Holding a booth at the 3Zero/SDG Village make you an integral part of the 2017 Convergences World Forum! Therefore, as exhibitor and stakeholder, you commit to conduct an upstream communication plan about your participation in order to boost your booth’s attendance. Exhibitors can use the Convergences communication tools provided as well as any other of their choice, under the condition that they respect the Forum graphic chart.
