BOROUGH OF MADISON NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING RE: 2018 ROAD IMPROVEMENTS All residents of the Borough of Madison are invited to a Special Public Information Meeting on Monday, January 8, 2018 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm in the Council Chambers, Second Floor of the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, 50 Kings Road, in the Borough of Madison to review proposed 2018 Road Improvements, reconstruction on Greenwood Ave (Main to Fairview), Plain St, Rosewood Dr, Crestwood Dr, Kensington Rd and Central Ave (Morris Co Route 608) Sidewalk (Fairview to Ridgedale). Recent plans, specifications and estimates will be provided by the Borough Engineer in order to illustrate the scope of work and design intent. Interested parties will have an opportunity for comment upon the scope of work and provide additional information for road improvements where appropriate. Maps and documents pertaining to the Capital Projects listed above will be on file and available for public inspection at the Office of the Borough Engineer, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, second floor, Hartley Dodge Memorial, as of the meeting date. No official action will be taken at this meeting.
