Algoa FM Big Walk for Cancer - Bulk Entries procedure The online process for bulk entries is: •
A bulk entry is 15 people or more

One company representative may upload all the entries through the online entry portal.
•
Login to the Zsports website (www.zsports.co.za/AlgoaFMBigwalk)
Follow screen prompts;

If you are already an existing Zsports user then login using your email address and password If you are new to Zsports, click the REGISTER button and create your profile (in this instance, only fields marked with the * are required).
Once on the User Profile screen, you can view past orders, check your race history and link other users to your profile by clicking the Add Participant button. ➢ To add a participant to your profile you will need their ID Number. If they already have a Zsports profile then they will be linked to your Profile (you can select them but you aren’t able to view or edit their profile). If they don’t have a profile you are required to add their Profile details. Repeat until all company participants are linked to your profile. •
Once all participants have been linked to your profile return to https://www.zsports.co.za/algoafmbigwalk

Click on the Enter Now button to go to the entry screen
•
Select the second option ‘5km Walk for Cancer (Bulk Entry)’
•
Add each of your entrants by selecting them from the dropdown list and pressing the Enter Selected Participant button.
•
Please note that is a person’s name is grayed out in your dropdown list then this person has already been selected for entry into this event.
•
Complete all the necessary fields and then press the Checkout button
•
You will be shown a summary of your Cart contents and your order total. You may select to pay by EFT or Credit Card.

Once the payment option has been completed you will receive an automated email either with payment instruction (if EFT selected) or a race entry confirmation email with race numbers will be sent to all team members for whom you supplied email addresses (when paying by Credit Card).

If you require a more detailed tax invoice, please forward your order confirmation email to Michelle on
[email protected]. Please note that VAT is not charged on our entries.

A company representative to collect all t-shirts and race numbers prior to registration. Please ensure staff don’t come down individually as all Bulk entries are boxed.
•
Collection date and time will be emailed to you by Zsports prior to the event.
