Join us for an overview of laws, school obligations, and strategies for students, educators, and parents. Presenters: Patrick Radel, Esq., Partner, Getnick, Livingston, Atkinson and Priore, LLP. Expertise in representing families in matters involving special education law. Dr. Michael Rozalski, Associate Professor, Teaching, Learning & Educational Leadership, Binghamton University. Expertise in classroom and school wide behavior supports, legal issues related to students with disabilities, and violence prevention. “Bullying can be physical or verbal, in person or through technology. No matter what form, it interferes with a student’s social, emotional development and school performance.
