TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ALL FESTIVE BOOKINGS 1. When making a booking for parties of 5 or more on a Friday or
Saturday, card details must be given. Details not necessary for parties below 5 covers. Sunday to Thursday, card details must be given for parties of 10 covers or more.
2. In the event of a cancellation, any tables willing to cancel their
booking will need to let us know 2 weeks before the time unless we will automatically take £10 per head from card details given.
3. The ‘A La Carte Menu’ is only available for parties of 4 & below on Friday & Saturdays otherwise the ‘Festive Menu’ will be available only. Sunday to Thursday the ‘A La Carte Menu’ is available to all size of parties.
4. Christmas party bookings from 5 covers & above are all a 2 hour for Lunch and 2 hours for Dinner from Thursday to Sunday. Although from Monday to Wednesday we are more flexible.
5. A pre-order will need to be organised and brought in on the day of
arrival. We do not accept the pre-order before. You can go online to our website to print off a pre-order sheet.
6. There will be a 10% gratuity added to the final bill of all Christmas
bookings having the ‘Festive Lunch Menu’ or ‘Festive Dinner Menu’. Also all prices of menu include VAT.
7. Festive Lunch Menu and Dinner will start from the 1st December to
the 24th December. From the 26th Dec until 8th January A La Carte Menu only. Lunch/Early Evening menu starts back Monday 8th January 2017.
8. Our Kids menu is available for children up to the age of 12 years old starting from £8.95 for 2 Courses & £10.95 for 3 Courses.
9. When paying by cheque, all cheques must be accompanied by a valid
bankers card, payment must not exceed the amount guaranteed by the bankers card. This includes business cheques as well.
