A DINNER TO REWARD BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENT IN 2012 I am proud to announce details of the 28th Docklands Business Club and East London Chamber of Commerce Business Awards which will be held on Thursday15 November. The amazing venue will be the superbly conserved Museum of London Docklands on the waterfront at West India Quay, Canary Wharf. A drinks reception will launch the evening at 6.30pm. The Awards Dinner will be a black tie affair with drinks reception, four course dinner with wine, entertainment and of course, the Business Awards presentations. We shall be handing over trophies and certificates in seven categories including three new categories: Employer of the Year, Leadership in Customer Focus and Placemaker of the Year. Once again Canary Wharf Group has generously agreed to become our main sponsor and Gay Harrington, together with other sponsors will be with me to present the awards. The DBC/ELCC Business Awards are widely regarded as being amongst London’s most prestigious commercial accolades. They bestow beneficial marketing profile on winners, shortlisted entrants and sponsors. The dinner is always attended by distinguished business leaders and makes an ideal occasion to entertain customers, clients, suppliers and colleagues.
