May 21, 2018 Dear Neighbor: For over 115 years, the Campbell Union High School District has proudly served our community. To continue our record of excellence, we must do everything possible to create revenue over and above what the state provides in order to help us protect vital programs, and to provide the potential to expand classroom opportunities. For that reason, we initiated a study to determine our potential to generate additional on-going revenue from District-owned property. Through that process, we identified the site that currently houses the district office and maintenance yard as one that offers us the opportunity to convert an underutilized asset into a revenue stream for the benefit of our students. Additionally, the space allows for a plan that will bring value to the surrounding area. As your neighbor, we want to make sure that you have the opportunity to ask us questions, learn more about our plans, and provide feedback.
