Caramel Filled Rice Krispies Treats Ingredients: Caramel Filling ● 11 oz bag of caramels (unwrapped) ● 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk ● ½ cup butter ( 1 stick) Rice Krispies Treats ● 8 Tbsp butter, divided in half ● 10 cups Rice Krispies cereal, divided in half ● 8 cups mini marshmallows, divided in half Instructions: 1. Grease a 9x13 pan and set aside. 2. In a medium sized saucepan, combine the caramel pieces, sweetened condensed milk and 1 stick of butter. 3. Mix the ingredients constantly over medium-low heat. 4. Once the caramels are melted, set aside. Rice Krispies Treats 1. In a large sauce pan, melt 4 Tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, swirl it around the pot. 2. Add 4 cups marshmallows and stir until the marshmallow are completely melted. 3. Pour 5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal into marshmallow mixture, stir until coated. Press into the bottom of prepared pan. 4. Pour the caramel mixture over the top of the Rice Krispies treats. 5. Clean out the pot that had the Rice Krispies Treats and repeat. Melt the butter, then the marshmallows, stir in the Rice Krispies and pour it on top of the caramel layer. 6. Using parchment paper or your hands coated with butter or cooking spray, gently press the Rice Krispies to cover the caramel filling. 7. Let them cool for about an hour before you cut them. Depending on how big you cut them, they should make at least 24 servings.

No-Bake Cocoa Krispies Cookies Ingredients ● ¼ cup brown sugar ● ½ cup corn syrup ● 1 cup creamy peanut butter ● 1 teaspoon vanilla ● 3 cups Cocoa Krispies ● 30 chocolate shaped like kisses, unwrapped (or any miniature version of your favorite candy) Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan mix together the brown sugar and corn syrup over medium heat. Continue to stir it constantly until it comes to a full boil. 2. Remove the pan from the heat and add in the peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well until combined. 3. Add the Cocoa Krispies to a big mixing bowl and pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal. Stir until the Cocoa Krispies are well coated. 4. Drop small balls of the mixture onto a cookie sheet. Flatten them a little and then push a chocolate candy into the center of each cookie ball. Then gently form the cookie around the base of the chocolate. 5. Set aside and let the cookies cool for a few minutes so they can set up. Makes about 30 cookies.
