Eligibility Criteria:  Possess genuine interest in the food and beverage (F&B) industry  Full-time student in a local Polytechnic  Students from the following courses will be given priority: o Hospitality o Marketing o Mass Communications o Media Production and Design o Business Studies / Business Administration o Game Design and Development/ Digital Game Art and Design  Chinese Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (17 - 22 years old)  Gross Monthly Household Income (MHI) ≤ $3,300 or Gross Per Capita Income (PCI) ≤ $900 CDAC reserves the right to request for any necessary documents for verification of the information given as and when required.

General Information: The programme comprises two components: (a) Training (12 to 16 June 2017) Up to 20 students will be selected to attend 3 training sessions (12, 14 & 15 Jun from 6.30pm-9pm) and 1 sharing session by senior management (16 Jun from 10am-12pm) at BreadTalk. Training would include introduction to BreadTalk Group, customer service, interview & resume preparation. Students with potential will be shortlisted for interview by BreadTalk Group to qualify for work experience. Students may also choose to attend a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event of BreadTalk on 23 Jun from 12.30pm-2pm to apply customer service skill learnt.

(b) Work Experience (4 September to 13 October 2017) Up to 4 students will be selected to work in BreadTalk Group for 6 weeks and be assigned to real life projects. Each student will receive monthly allowance.
