Executive Chef Randy Felker has designed a menu around the star of the show - Opimian's Founder Choice selection - Geoff Hardy's Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre 2010. Add to that a Brazilian Sparkling and a Californian Pinot Grigio, paired with a creative and unconventional menu, and you have a perfect night out with Rosina and Opimian. This event is hosted by the new Area Representative for Kitchener, Michael Lutzmann, who will be in Port Elgin at the time of this event. We look forward to enjoying great food and wine with our members and guests.
