1. Assistant Professor – Two – Code-1 Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in Child Development, Child Psychology; Early Childhood Care and Educational or a relevant subject from an Indian university, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D. and/or three years experience in teaching level courses in the relevant field. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. from a University in India (recognized by the UGC) or from a university abroad shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET. NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted. Duration: Initially for 1 year with a possibility of further extension. Remuneration: Rs.15,600 - 39,100 (PB-3) + AGP Rs.6000 2. Project Associate -Three- Code 02 Qualification: 55% marks in Master’s degree in Child Development, Child Psychology; Early Childhood Care and Education; Social Work with NET/M.Phil or Ph.D. desirable and with at least 3 years of research experience. She/he should have good analytical and writing skills, good communication skills and should be able to monitor and evaluate research methodologies, prepare and write reports
Duration: Initially for 6 months with a possibility of further extension.
Remuneration: Rs. 40,250/- p.m. (consolidated) 3. Communications Associate-One- Code 03 Qualification: 55% marks in Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations; or related field with at least 3 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in social sector related to child rights/child development/ education in the field of advocacy, information and communication through media agencies, corporate and civil society partners. Should have a strong knowledge of IEC strategies. The selected candidate will be required to develop/upgrade an Advocacy portal, maintain the website, develop advocacy materials and develop communication strategy for the Centre. Fluency in English speaking and writing skills will be preferred. Duration: Initially for 6 months with a possibility of further extension. Remuneration: Rs. 40,250/- p.m. (consolidated)
4. Communications Assistant-One- Code 04 Qualification: 55% markers in Communications/Media or any other related discipline. She/he should have good analytical and writing skills. Prior experience and knowledge of working on communications and advocacy projects is an advantage. Technical know-how of handling online media and knowledge of developing multi-media tools (films/AV aids/Print material) is a plus point. Duration: Initially for 6 months with a possibility of further extension Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- to 25,000/- p.m. commensurate with experience (consolidated) The selected candidate will be required to provide regular support to Communications Associate for the tasks defined above. 5. Project Associate --Statistics -One- Code 04 Qualification: 55% marks in Master’s degree in Statistics or Economics with at least 3 years’ experience. She/he should be acquainted with various statistical packages. She/he should have good analytical and writing skills, good communication skills and should be able to monitor and evaluate research methodologies, prepare and write reports. Duration: Initially for 6 months with a possibility of further extension Remuneration: Rs. 40,250/- p.m. (consolidated)
