FUSCOE ENGINEERING ANNOUNCES TWO NEW PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS: CESAR MORALES & VICTOR PHAM
IRVINE, CALIFORNIA – January 29, 2018 – Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce that two employees from its Irvine office location, Cesar Morales and Victor Pham, are now registered Professional Engineers. Attaining Professional Engineer (PE) licensing is an impressive achievement that indicates that the engineer is truly dedicated, skilled and at the top of his/her profession. Only a PE may oversee, sign, seal and take responsible charge for engineering plans and drawings. Cesar Morales, PE has over 13 years of civil engineering experience with single- and multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotel, commercial and hospital projects throughout Southern California. Consistently a top performer, Cesar is a motivated, respected professional who is adept at infrastructure design. He is a skilled troubleshooter, able to pinpoint and resolve errors in the early project stages, minimizing time/cost expenditures. Cesar’s current and recent projects at Fuscoe Engineering include the Cielo Vista single-family residential project in Yorba Linda for North County BRS Project LLC, Ocean Place single-family residential project in Seal Beach for Bay City Partners LLC, Mesa Verde Commercial Center in Costa Mesa for C.J. Segerstrom & Sons, Warner Place Mixed-use project in Woodland Hills for Fairfield Residential and Hyatt House Hotel in Irvine for Law Kingdon Architecture. Cesar is an organized, efficient leader who thrives in deadline-driven environments and is known for his prompt responsiveness to client needs and requests. He acts as his team’s point person, ensuring quality of design and implementing new ideas through supervision, participation and plan reviews. Cesar lives in Garden Grove with his wife, Holly, and their two children.
Victor Pham, PE is a dedicated professional with exceptional technical and interpersonal skills and is an integral part of Fuscoe’s residential studio. Victor quickly adapts to meet client needs and creatively solves design issues that arise during project conception to completion. His engineering tasks include grading, drainage, utility infrastructure and site hydrology. He also performs environmental water quality research and design to minimize stormwater runoff effects on local watersheds. Victor is very adept at utilizing AutoCAD Civil3D, Flow Master and various other engineering software to solve complex issues. Victor is currently providing engineering services for the Wedgewood single-family residential project in Yorba Linda for Shea Homes, Manzanita Park Skate Park in Anaheim for City of Anaheim, Alma and Vita single-family home projects in Rancho Mission Viejo for Pulte Group and Broadstone North Getty Apartments in Laguna Niguel for Alliance Residential. Known for his sharp mind and engaging personality, Victor effectively collaborates with his peers to plan, design and manage a diverse range of projects. Victor performs his role with great efficiency and is a genuine asset to Fuscoe’s engineering team.
