If the suitable candidate not available from the reserve category, the post will be filled from the un-reserved category on ad-hoc basis. The details of eligibility conditions are given below:SENIOR RESIDENT: QUALIFICATION: M.B.B.S. with PG Degree or Diploma in concerned Specialty from recognized university and valid DMC registration. The candidate must have completed internship. Emoluments: Rs.15600-39100+(G.P) 6600 p.m.+ other allowances as Admissible under the rules. JUNIOR RESIDENT:QUALIFICATION:- M.B.B.S. Degree with internship completion certificate and valid DMC Registration. EMOLUMENTS: Rs. 15600/-+ (G.P) 5400 p.m. + usual allowances as per rules. Terms & Conditions of Recruitment for SR & JR:1. The tenure of Sr. Residency is for a period of 3 years including any service rendered as Sr. Resident earlier on ad-hoc/ regular basis in any institution. The appointment will be initially for a period of one year, which could be extendable for a period of 3 years on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory work and conduct report from Head of Office. 2. The tenure of Jr. Residency is for One year and the appointment will be initially for a period of six months which could be extended for further six months subject to satisfactory work and conduct report from Head of Office. 3. Inter-hospital, Inter -Institutional transfer shall not be permitted. 4. The service will be governed by Residency Scheme including circular no F. No. 121/26/2010/H&FW/1996-2045 dated 10.06.11 issued by H&FW Department, Govt of N.C.T of Delhi. 5. The candidates who are already in Govt. service shall apply through proper channel. ASSISTANT DIETICIAN QUALIFICATION : (i) Degree in Science with Home Science/Home Economics as a subject from a recognized Institute/University. (ii) Diploma or Certificate in Dietetics from a recognized institution. (iii) At lease one year experience of working in a Dietary Deptt. of Govt./recognized Hospital. EMOLUMENTS : Consolidated remuneration @ ` 21330/-pm Terms and conditions for Asstt. Dietician 1. The appointment to the post is purely on contract basis, initially for a period of 11 months or till regular appointment is made through DSSSB which ever is earlier. This will not vest any right to claim for regular appointment in the hospital or for continued contractual appointment. 2. The prescribed qualification is minimum and possessing of same does not entitle any candidate for selection. 2. A consolidated remuneration as mentioned for the post will be paid for each completed calendar month and will remain same for the entire contract period. For a period of less than one month, the payment will be made on pro-rata
basis, as applicable on the date of commencement of the contract. No other service benefits or allowances are admissible. 4. The contractual engagement is purely on temporary basis and it can be terminated by the Employer during the period of the contract without assigning any reason or giving any notice. 5. The employee shall have to give one month notice or deposit an amount equal to one month remuneration if he/she wishes to terminate the contract immediately. 6. Leave entitlement will be (2 ½) two and half days accured leave for each completed calendar month and leave can be accumulated for the period not more than 03 months. Maternity leave shall be admissible as per Maternity benefit Act 1961. No other leave will be admissible. 7. In case the candidate is already employed, he/she should submit the NOC from his/her present employer. 8. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the post. 9. If any declaration/information furnished is found false or any material/fact suppressed willfully the contractual appointment will be terminated forth with. 10. The decision of the selection board regarding selection of the candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard. 11. In case of any dispute the legal jurisdiction will be Delhi only. 12. The candidates while appearing for interview will produce all original documents along with application form in the prescribed Performa can be typed/hand written and one number of attested photocopies of all testimonial/certificates and one passport size photograph. 13. The hospital reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, withdraw the process, in full or in part and also right to reject any or all applications without assigning reasons or giving notice etc. 14.
