4LifeTransform Challenge requirements • Participant must be either a distributor or customer of 4Life Research® and legally reside in the United States. • Participant must submit ”before” and ”after” photos via the 4LifeTransform App and agree to the terms in the 4Life Testimonial and Photo Use Release Agreement. • During the 4LifeTransform challenge period (June 15, 2015–September 30, 2015), participants must purchase PRO-TF or PRO-TF Protein Bar each month and at least one 4LifeTransform Challenge Pack during the challenge period.3 Products must be purchased directly from 4life.com.
