This Lose To Win Challenge (“Challenge”) is open to all Nu Skin Singapore distributors from 1 March to 31 December 2017. To participate in this Challenge, you must lose at least 2.50 kilograms of body fat within 60 days from the date of your purchase of ageLOC® TR90® System as indicated on the invoice. The purchase of ageLOC® TR90® System must be made from 1 March to 31 December 2017. You will be eligible to receive 2 boxes of ageLOC® TR90® TrimShake (“Prize”) if you meet the criteria set out herein, subject to the absolute discretion of Nu Skin Enterprises Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Nu Skin”). You must complete the requested information in the Challenge form and submit the same together with the letter of consent and authorisation form as well as the original/photocopy of the receipt in relation to your purchase of ageLOC® TR90® System to Nu Skin Singapore Showcase (Product Collection Counter) on or before the submission cut-off date 28 February 2018. Incomplete or inaccurate submission will be disqualified. Your “Before” and “After” body fat analysis records must be taken using the Omron Fat Analysis device. Nu Skin reserves the right to conduct a body fat measurement on the participant and disqualify any participant who fails to fulfil the Challenge requirements in accordance with Nu Skin’s device/ standard of measurement. The information submitted in the Challenge form must be truthful and accurate. The Prize awarded are not refundable or exchangeable for cash and do not carry PSV and CVS points. By participating in the Challenge, you agree and give your consent that Nu Skin may collect, use and disclose all and any of your photographs, name, age, profiles, and any other personal data or information provided to Nu Skin when you register for the Challenge for the purpose of administration in relation to the Challenge, for promoting the business or products of Nu Skin or its affiliated companies at any time in future without compensation to you and for all the purposes set out in Nu Skin’s Personal Data Protection Notice and Section 2 of Chapter 1 of Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures. You agree that your Challenge entry and any information submitted by you must be personal and relate specifically to you. You hereby warrant that your Challenge entry and all information which you submit will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights or interests of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing, religious or threatening. If Nu Skin has any reason to believe your Challenge entry is not your own work or otherwise breaches the terms and conditions of this Challenge, Nu Skin may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject it and disqualify it without giving reasons. In the event you breach this warranty, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nu Skin and its affiliates from and against all proceedings, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of such breach.
