This is an attendance draw. To enter members must swipe their card between 5pm and 7:30pm on Thursday 23 November 2017. Members can win 1 (one) double pass at the draw. A ticket for the promotion will be issued to members of the BWC Group when they swipe their membership card between 5pm and 7:30pm on Thursday 23 November 2017; Each member will receive one (1) ticket only and it will be stored virtually in our virtual barrel; It is the responsibility of the member to ensure they activate their entry for each draw; Entry can be redeemed from 5pm until 7.30pm sharp on the draw date with the draw commencing shortly after. Once the promotion has commenced, late entries will NOT be accepted; The draw will be conducted on the above-mentioned draw date, where members can win up to a maximum of ONLY one (1) prize per draw; Entry tickets are valid for this draw only; Tickets not activated will be erased and will not be redeemable in any other promotion; The total prize value of this promotion is dependent on the Qudos Bank Arena roster, but will be capped at $24,000 The total price of a double pass will be approximately $300, depending on what show is on; Prizes will include bus transfers to and from Qudos Bank Arena, entry to the Workers Private Suite at Qudos Bank Arena, food and beverages to the selected shows/concerts; Dress regulations will apply at Qudos Bank Arena; Members must be present at the time of the draw to participate in the promotion and will have 4 minutes to present themselves to the Host - if not present after this time, a redraw will take place until a winner is present; No proxy may be used on behalf of any winner for any part of this promotion; The prize is transferable to another person, if the winner is unable to attend, however the prize cannot be redeemed for cash; The winner’s name/s will be announced via the Clubs PA system and screened on several club televisions; Announcements will NOT be heard in the International Bungarribee Buffet, Cucina Locale or Tingha Palace (otherwise specified before draw), thus it will be the responsibility of members to ensure they are within the promotional area during the draws, for them to be heard; Any member caught tampering in any way with the promotion may be refused the right to enter any future club promotions; this includes mutilation, forging, altering, or tampering with promotional tickets; Only financial members of BWC Group may participate in this promotion.
