Learn to cook and find out about careers in the culinary arts! Join our free Chef Apprentice Program for high school students in the 11th and 12th grades* As a chef apprentice, you will learn cooking and nutritional skills while having fun, making new friends, and getting an insider’s view of the many different sides of the culinary arts profession.
Whether you think you might be interested in starting a career in culinary arts or you just want to learn to cook delicious, healthy meals at home, our Chef Apprentice Program is an exciting opportunity you won’t want to miss.
You’ll learn from a chef, developing skills as you use fresh fruit, vegetables, and meats to prepare a full meal at each class meeting. You can even take your meal home to share with your family and show off your new talents!
