The Company further reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the tour or holiday organised by it and to decline to accept any person on any such holiday or tour. By the issue and acceptance of exchange orders, receipts, vouchers, coupons, itineraries, contracts and tickets, you and every person participating in the tour or holiday shall be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not apply so as to limit, exclude or extinguish any right of a passenger where to limit, exclude or extinguish such a right would be contrary to law. Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates and respective suppliers and their respective subcontractors, directors, officers, agents and employees (“Indemnitees”) from and against any action, claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including all legal costs incurred on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred in consequence of or in connection with your breach of any terms and conditions contained herein or your violation of any applicable law. This indemnity extends to the breach or violation of any person on behalf of whom you made, or sought to make, your booking.
