All bookings, no matter what the group size, for our Christmas and New Year menu require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per head to secure the booking. Party numbers can be increased subject to availability. 7 days advance notice and additional deposit is required. From Monday 30th November groups of 10+ people must dine off either our Christmas menu or large group menu. Everybody in the party must eat from the same menu. We will make appropriate substitutions for any dietary requirements advised at the time of booking. All bookings have an assumed duration of 2.5 hours, to accommodate other diners booked at adjacent times. Lunch menu is available from 12‐3pm, tables must be vacated by 5.30pm, and our dinner menu is available from 5pm ‐ close For parties of 15 and over, the group organiser (deemed as the person who made the booking) will receive a free meal for two (food only), to the value of £35. Redeemable in January 2016 only. Bookings will be confirmed by email to a valid email address once the full deposit of £10 per person is received. Payments will be accepted by cash or credit/debit card in advance. If a seating plan is required it must be provided 7 days in advance of the reservation. Please notify us of any access requirements when booking. Gluten and nut free menu options are available by request. 7 days advance notice is required. Gratuities are at your discretion; however a 10% discretionary service charge will be added to the total bill for bookings of 10 or more. We reserve the right to relocate any party to a different part of the room or venue to suit final numbers (e.g. should they increase or decrease). Parties can hold the table for the night, by special request only and on payment of an additional charge. Large parties will be seated together but may be on separate tables next to each other, depending on the size of the group. Prices are correct at time of printing July 2015 but are subject to change without notice. We would ask that your party arrives 10 minutes before the time of your table reservation. Tables will only be kept for 15 minutes even if guaranteed by payment, unless prior arrangements have been made.
