TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. All bookings are subject to availability. Please telephone or email to make a provisional booking before sending a deposit. Provisional bookings will be held for 10 working days, after which they will be released. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you once the deposit has been received. 2. A 50% deposit per person is required to confirm the booking (non-refundable and non-transferable). 3. For bookings taken after 1st November, full payment will be required at the time of booking. 4. Payment of your deposit confirms you accept our terms and conditions. 5. You must be at least 18 to attend Christmas party nights at the hotel. 6. All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to other goods or services. 7. No party bookings may be charged to account unless a credit facility is established prior to the event. 8. Large groups may be split over two or more tables. Whilst every effort will be made for special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure minimum numbers. 9. No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into the hotel for consumption or as prizes. Party novelties including silly string will not be permitted on the premises. 10. All accommodation offers require payment in full at the time of booking and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Subject to availability. 11. Entertainment and acts are correct at the time of printing. Ramada Encore Belfast City Centre cannot be held responsible for events outside of their control resulting in any changes made to the named entertainment. 12. Parties of 50 guests and more will require a full 50% deposit for all attendees on or before September 30th 2017. Final payment required on or before October 31st 2017 (Non-refundable and non-transferable). 13. Full payment for all bookings is required on or before October 31st 2017. Bookings will be released failing payment at this time. 14. Menu choices must be confirmed a minimum of 14 days before event dates along with special dietary and allergen requirements. Pre-orders not received by the date required are subject to Chef’s menu choice. 15. Credit or debit card details will be required to guarantee your provisional booking. 16. Any personal items left behind will be placed in lost property. Ramada Encore Belfast City Centre will not be held responsible for any misplaced items.
