TERMS & CONDITIONS • All event dates are subject to availability. • A £10 deposit per person is required to confirm all meal bookings and this is non-refundable and non-transferable. • A £15 deposit per person is required to confirm all accommodation bookings and this is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit requirements for Christmas 23rd-26th Dec & New Year 30th December – 1st Jan 2018: • A £25 deposit per person is required to confirm all meal bookings and this is non-refundable and non-transferable. • A £50 deposit per person is required to confirm all accommodation bookings and this is non-refundable and non-transferable • Booking will not be confirmed until a deposit is received for each guest. If you are paying on behalf of a large group please send one cheque or arrange payment by one credit/debit card only. • The balance of payment for all meals and accommodation must be received by the hotel 2 weeks prior to arrival. Pre-orders for Party Nights must be received by the hotel 2 weeks prior to arrival • Bookings cancelled will lose any deposits paid. Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of event date will be charged the total value of all the facilities they have reserved .i.e. Accommodation, meals, and beverages. • Special dietary requirements must be supplied with the final balance of payment to ensure efficient service. There may be an additional charge for some special dietary requests which have to be provided by the hotel or specialist suppliers. • Although dishes may not contain nuts as an ingredient, there is a possibility that they will contain nut traces. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for nut or other allergies. It is essential that any guests with allergies discuss these with the hotel pre arrival.

• Should you book within 2 weeks of your event the hotel will request full prepayment at the time of confirmation. • Deposits and payment of the final balance are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cheques should be made out to Even Southport Ltd. And must have a contact name, address and cheque guarantee number on the reverse; cheques must be received allowing 10 days to clear prior to the booking date. • All prices include VAT at the current rate, if you require a VAT receipt please advise the Events Team and this will be available after the event. • Guests under 18yrs old may be restricted at some events, please check at the time of booking. • The Hotel does not allow alcohol to be brought on to the premises.
