PLACING YOUR ORDER Orders will be taken from 1st of November however we recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

We only take orders for the items listed on the order form, all other items will be available to collect in store. NICHOLSON’S HAND REARED WHITE TURKEYS Nicholson’s farm assured white turkeys are traditionally reared in spacious, open farm buildings with natural light and ventilation. They are bedded daily with fresh straw or wood shavings and have continuous access to food and water. Special traditional breeds are selected which are grown slowly to ensure the quality, flavour and succulence of your Christmas turkeys and a high proportion of meat. FARM ASSURED CHICKENS These tasty, wonderfully succulent chickens are reared in spacious, open farm buildings with natural light and ventilation. Our supplier rears the chickens to a greater age, which enables a more mature, flavoursome bird which is worth its place on your Christmas table. NORTHUMBRIAN FREE RANGE BEEF

Our free range geese come from Boulmer Hall Farm on the Northumberland coast whom we have been working in partnership with for many years. The goose is traditionally hung for depth of flavour and succulence, then dry plucked for a smooth skin. With a high fat content the bird is kept juicy in the oven and ensures extra crispy skin. £12.49/kg

All our beef is purchased from local farms in Northumberland, some of which we have been working with for over 100 years. Doug spends time with the farmer and cattle to ensure we get the best of the best. Our beef is dry aged and matured on site which ensures the best flavour and tender meat.
