All provisional Christmas bookings must be confirmed within 7 days of booking and a deposit of £10 per person for festive party nights and £20 per person for Christmas Day Lunch and New Year’s Dinner Dance is payable with confirmation. 2. All bookings must be accompanied by a signed booking form. Any booking not confirmed within 7 days will be released without further notice. 3. All balances must be paid in full prior to Wednesday 8th November 2017. All bookings made after the stated must be paid in full within seven days of booking or if the booking is less than seven days from the date of events payment in full is required immediately. 4. The rates referenced in the brochure and/or all price list are inclusive of VAT and are subject to legislative increases. 5. We regret that all payments received, including deposits, are nonrefundable and non-transferable. 6. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be off set against food, beverage or accommodation. Final numbers must be confirmed by Wednesday 8th November 2017. Failure to do so will result in the hotel charging in full for all deposits placed. 7. If the final amount is not settled in advance (see terms in clause 3 above) the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. 8. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the function, for any reason other than those stated above, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date or location will be offered, without liability to the hotel or to Holiday Inn. 9. No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the hotel by party organisers or guests. 10. Should a party organiser require an account to be set up for bar charges, then this may be organised by prior arrangement only. Once arrangements have been agreed for the evening, it will be assumed that all charges are payable by the organiser, irrespective of whether the account is checked and signed at the end of the event. 11. If you have any dietary requirements, our Christmas coordinator will be delighted to assist. Please ask for details at time of booking. Special dietary requirements must be notified at least 14 days prior to the event date. 12. The client is responsible for any damages caused to the hotel rooms or furnishings, utensils and equipment by any act, default or neglect by the client or guest of the client. The client shall pay the hotel on demand of the amount required to remedy any such damage.

13. The hotel serves the right to alter function details which shall be dependent on numbers. 14. The behaviour of party guest is the responsibility of the organiser and the hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who acts in an inappropriate manner. Such guess maybe asked to leave the hotel to ensure the enjoyment of all other party guests, without refund of monies. 15. All accommodation is the responsibility of the individual guest and must be settled prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing by the hotel. 16. It is recommended that all wine for parties is pre-ordered to avoid any delays on the evening. For this reason the Christmas wine list will be dispatched with your confirmation once your booking has been taken. This will allow you to pre-book your wine. 17. The hotel can accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or theft to guests personal property. 18. We also reserve the right to refuse entrance at the manager’s discretion. 19. The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement or liable to an attendee or guest for any loss of damage to property if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) terrorist activity or serious potential for terrorist activity whether within the proximity of the hotel or in the UK or worldwide and directly or indirectly affecting the UK, misconduct or negligence of an attendee guest or external third party, war or threat of war civil or Political action or disturbance, riots, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), militarily activity, government or regulatory action, industrial disputes, act of God, failure of power or machinery failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the hotel’s control. 20.
