Confirming numbers
In order to confirm your booking, Lounge requires a £10 deposit per person. Please bring in your deposit at least 14 days prior to your booking. This deposit will be redeemed against your final bill.
You are more than welcome to add people to your booking, but we’d be grateful if you could let us know.
How to pay your deposit • By cash in person to your local Lounge. We’d be appreciative if you could avoid our peak times of 12 noon-3pm & 7pm-9pm so that we have lots of time to talk you through your booking. Please do not send cash in the post. • By credit or debit card (over the phone or in person). • Sorry, we cannot accept cheques.
Pre-orders Lounge welcomes pre-orders of wine and food (our menus are available online). The wine offer is only valid on selected wines when 6 bottles are pre-ordered at least three working days prior to your booking. Cheapest bottle will be free. Please note, there is no requirement to pre-order your food. However, for those who are super organised and would like to give us a pre-order, then please do, we will retake the order on the day anyway to ensure the correct food is going to the correct tables.
Cancellation Policy We hope you don’t need to, but if you need to cancel your booking, please notify Lounge as soon as you can so that we may offer your table to someone on our waiting list.
